Mike Zambidis will give a two days kick boxing seminar at the university of UCLan Cyprus in Larnaka on 31.01.2015 & 01.02.2015. Iron Mike will speak for the methodology of achieving goals, the emotional management, the patterns of fitness and nutrition for athletes and people who take up sports and will share with everybody his favorite techniques that keep him on the top.
