Great victory of Iron Mike Zambidis at K-1.
In the top organization of Kick Boxing worldwide, K-1 World Max Final 16, in Madrid the World Kick Boxing Champion Iron Mike Zambidis fought and won by KO his opponent Chahid "The Pitbull" Oulad El Hadj, making Greeks proud for once more.
The Greek World Champion gave an impressive fight in K-1 and it was clear from the 1st round that he had the control of the fight. In the 3rd round, Iron Mike impressed judges and audience with his left hook on Chahid'S face which knocked him down with KO!
Iron Mike Zambidis won for 2nd time Chahid in K-1 and proved he is in an excellent form, winning many positive comments for his performance.
Some of the most characteristic comments of the broadcasters of the event were that Mike gave a spectacular fight and that he was a "Greek grenade exploding in the ring".
With this great victory, Iron Mike added to his track record another win, reaching 151 wins in 171 fights and the impressive record of 86 Knock Outs. He managed to get the ticket to the finals of K-1 World Max, which will be held in Japan in November and he is the only Greek athlete among the 8 top athletes worldwide.
