A brand new collaboration has taken place for Mike Zambidis and Zambidis Club: The elite martial arts and training club is expanding to become a part of renowned Planet Fitness and More gym chain, as the Greek World Champion Mike Zambidis undertakes the role of teacher for kick boxing classes, turning young and older, men and women, on to the sport.
New, modern, especially designed locations of Zambidis Club exclusively for Planet Fitness and More, following in the trademark philosophy of the Zambidis Club chain, become part of the gym chain throughout the Attica region. The new locations are ready to welcome all of Iron Mike's friends that are interested in getting acquainted with the kick boxing sport, working out in order to ensure body fitness and cardiopulmonary ability and learning basic self-defense principles.
Iron Mike teaches his younger friends, in special classes for children of all ages, the basic principles of gymnastics and self-defense, thereby nurturing their sense of discipline, boosting their self-confidence and converting them towards a healthier lifestyle.
